Getting Started

There are 4 easy steps to getting started at Sweatbox Dundee

STEP 1

Come in and meet the coaches, watch a class & discuss your membership options

STEP 2

Sign up for our Fundamentals Classes.  These classes will teach you the basics of WOD

STEP 3

While you learn the basics of WOD you can join in our Sweat System class for some HiiT as well as yoga and low impact

STEP 4

After your 4 weeks Fundamentals classes are complete feel free to join our WOD classes when you are ready
