Callum Muir (Coach)

I’m a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and Level 3 PT for 2 years now. Prior to this I graduated University with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology before moving on to work with kids and adults with autism full time and achieving my Level 3 SVQ in Social Services and Health Care. I fully believe in the CrossFit methodology as a way of promoting health and fitness.
I love coaching classes and helping individuals build their skills and confidence alongside their strength and fitness. I’ve continued on my work with kids through coaching youth football teams as well as the CrossFit kids and teens classes.
I also offer supported coaching to individuals with autism within the gym as it is a great environment for developing their fitness and confidence.

Joe Forrester (Coach)

My names Joe and I have been a CrossFit Coach / Personal Trainer with CrossFit Dundee Since 2020. I have recently obtained my BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science Degree alongside having my CrossFit Level 2 Qualification and Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification.
My fitness journey began back when I was an Endurance Cross Country / Road Runner in my early teens. I then began playing Rugby before finding CrossFit in early 2016 due to injuries. These injuries lead to my desire to study the Biomechanical and Physiological aspects of fitness and how the body can optimise its full potential as well as how to reduce risk of future injury.
I took part in my first CrossFit class and was instantly hooked. 8 years later, I have competed in a multitude of competitions all across the country and have big aspirations to take my own performance to the next level.
My advice to anyone considering coming to their first class would be that “You’ve got nothing to lose but everything to gain”. I’m yet to meet anyone that regrets giving CrossFit a go, you’ll fall in love with it the same way I did… I promise!
Come by and see what all of the excitement is about and I’ll see you in class!

Lewis Sinclair (Coach)

I am a mature, dedicated personal trainer focussed on helping you reach your goals. Initially gaining my knowledge in university after 4 years I gained a Bsc Hons in Strength and Conditioning. My favourite working areas are but not limited to nutrition, introducing brand new people to exercise and Olympic weightlifting. I am also a British Weightlifting Level 2 coach.

I started my CrossFit journey at Sweatbox in 2020, fell in love with the sport and quickly obtained my CrossFit Level 1 coaching qualification and became part of the family. After nearly 8 years in the industry anything you’ve struggled with I’ve either been there myself or walked someone through it. Always eager to have a chat in the gym, you’ll see me running around!
